Ellie joined TS1 in Autumn 2009 as a modest quarter miler, but who has been battling shoulder to shoulder with training partner Frederica Foster, whose PB's are significantly superior. One of the sport's under-achievers, who now could use her new-found status among some experienced peers just the inspiration she needs for significant improvement.

Described by coach John Powell as phenomenally hard working and dedicated as long as she can maintain her focus on the big days.
